Maintains records of financial transactions by setting up accounts, posting and reconciling bank statements on a regular basis
Assist in preparation, coordination, and completion of financial statements for tax preparation purposes
Assist in year-end planning, audits (if Enrolled Agent), and inquiry of individual and business clients
Qualifications:
Must be proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Accounting degree a plus
