Accounts Payable Clerk

Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices and statements using Microsoft Dynamics Accounting Software
Make weekly ACH and paper check payments
Analyze monthly account statements for accuracy
Compile monthly company-wide credit card usage reports
Distribute invoices to the appropriate departments for approval
Position Details:
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
