Rod Anderson Construction Inc in Pendleton Oregon is seeking a full time Experienced Truck & Heavy Equipment Fleet Mechanic. Qualified applicant shall have a minimum of 3 years experience in the maintenance and repair of diesel trucks and various heavy equipment. Must possess a clean valid driving record, a CDL Class A Driver's License is preferred and be able to pass a re-employment drug and alcohol test.
Duties: Inspec, diagnose and repair various mechanical and safety problems, including light to medium engine repair, drive train, electrical, brakes, air conditioning, suspension, hydraulic systems, etc.
Perform routine maintenance and annual inspections of trucks and equipment.
Maintain a safe and clean working area in the shop.
Ability to track down needed parts to make necessary repairs.
Must be an organized self-starter with ability to prioritize and work well with others.
