Description Robert Half is searching for a skilled Accounting Clerk for a short-term contract assignment. Daily responsibilities will include matching invoices to purchase orders and/or vouchers, data entry and general accounting support. Inputting alphanumeric data from various sources into computer databases with precision and speed.
Provide ad hoc support to the accounting department.
Detecting and correcting errors or inconsistencies in data.
Assisting with data migration across multiple systems.
Put together statements and reports that require utilization of an assortment of sources
Requirements
Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
Ability to multitask effectively
Microsoft Excel experience
Solid understanding of QuickBooks Enterprise
10 Key Skills experience
Familiar with Spreadsheet and ERP system
AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferred
Strong communication skills
Detail oriented
