Location Manager - School Bus Transportation
Mid Columbia Bus Company is currently looking to fill the Location Manager position for School Bus Transportation
Specific Requirements:
· Plans and manages the day to day operations of the location, reviews the established routes and updates all route narratives
· Provide a fair and comprehensive employee management at the location including the recruitment, maintain a positive and open relationship with the school district officials, the state department, and the community.
· Additionally, perform all aspects of the weekly/monthly financial process of the location, maintain and implement the comprehensive safety policies of the company, and perform routine duties.
Summary:
· Directs and coordinates the day to day activities of the pupil transportation system in their assigned location
· Operates the system at the highest safety standards, provides quality and reliable services to customers
· Obtains optimum efficiency and economy of operations
· Provides and maintains a positive, winning, attitude towards customers, fellow employees and the general public
· Maintain a skilled and effective transportation team at the location.
