Do you have:
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership role on Commercial and Residential projects
- Detail Oriented with Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
- Strong working knowledge in Commercial/Residential Building Practices
- Good work ethic, punctual, dependable with reliable transportation.
- Job cost accounting, scheduling and administrative skills
- Ability to work with others and communicate well with clients and Sub trades
- Understanding of all trades involved in residential/commercial renovation/remodeling projects
- Own Hand Tools with well rounded Journeyman level carpentry/remodeling skills
