Local Tree company looking for a qualified Tree Trimmer. We are looking for 5 years of verifiable experience as a tree trimmer with climbing experience. Must have a valid drivers license. Prefer class A CDL to drive 60ft bucket truck. Must be in good physical condition. Willing to work in all weather conditions. Good common sense and work well with others. Have the drive to work hard and put in a 100% all the time. We work from salem to eugene. Mostly in the lebanon, albany area.
Job Duties include:
Use of chainsaws daily. Bucking limbs and cutting wood.
Use of climbing gear. Climbing trees trimming and removing them.
Use of lowering devices and ropes.
Dragging brush and chipping brush into a wood chipper.
Working out of a 60ft bucket truck.
Must use personal protection equipment. Boots, ear plugs, hard hat safety glasses and gloves.
Pay starts at 24.00 to 30.00 an hour depending on experience.
We work 34 hours a week on average. The winter hours will slow down to about to 30hrs december thru january.
Christmas Bonus of 500.00 after 6 months of employment. Free fishing trips and 1 week of paid vacation.
