Job Opportunity: Versatile General Tradesman
Location: Corvallis, OR
Pay: Up to $30 per hour based on skill level
Position: Independent Contractor - license preferred but not required.
You must have your own basic hand tools and general power tools (tool purchase assistance is available in some cases)
Reliable Transportation and a Valid Driver’s License is Required

What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for skilled general tradesmen who can handle a variety of tasks across different trades and who are able to
work at a 10 out of 10 level. We value efficiency, but we require quality, quality, quality. Whether it’s carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or finishing, we need professionals who can deliver quality workmanship, especially when working with premium materials and achieving high-end finishes. We do things differently than any other company in the region, our tolerances are tight and our end results are craftsman level -anything less is a failing grade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of general trade tasks with attention to detail.
- Work across multiple disciplines including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and finishing.
- Ensure all work meets our high standards of quality, especially in finish and material use.
- Collaborate effectively to complete projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Experience in multiple trades.
- Ability to produce high-quality work in home renovation and construction.
- Experience with high-end materials and finish work is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to doing things right.
- Ability to work independently as an independent contractor.
- Reliable transportation and tools.
- Examples of previous work are appreciated.
- A satisfactory criminal background check is required.
