We are looking for a handyman/finish carpenter to join our property maintenance team. This person will perform a very diverse amount of handyman/carpentry work with all the properties under our management.
Duties Include:
Plumbing, flooring installation, drywall repair and installation, on call rotation, inspections and repairs on our rental units, full home remodels, tile installation, appliance troubleshooting and repair, and much more.
We are looking for someone with experience in:
Rough and finish carpentry
Drywall repair and installation
Laminate/ LVP flooring installation
Tile installation, trim installation
Formica countertops
Cabinets, backsplash tile, staining, painting, etc.
Basic plumbing and electrical and appliance troubleshooting, installing light fixtures, changing faucets, replacing sinks and garbage disposals,
HVAC appliance troubleshooting, repair, and replacement
The more widespread experience the better, as we do very diverse repairs and maintenance.
Minimum requirements: Someone with 1-2 years maintenance/handyman experience, and or finish carpentry experience to train to be a full-time maintenance team member for us. We are looking for someone who is reliable, drug free, and has a clean driving record.
Job hours: Mon-Fri 8:00-4:30, rotating on-call schedule
Starting pay: $22/hour (can be higher, depending on experience)
This position offers 401K and medical insurance after 90-day period of being hired full-time onto our team.
