Job Title: Prepress Operator / Prepress Specialist
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Successful printing & marketing business seeking a prepress, print, and copy specialist. Looking for someone with hands-on digital printing experience and a graphic design skillset.
Will be working with the design department, along with the customer service department to set files up for digital printing and oversee digital throughput.

Duties:
- Create and design graphics using Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop layouts for print advertising materials
- Operate printing equipment
- Collaborate with team members to execute projects efficiently
- Maintain inventory of materials and supplies
- Ensure quality control standards are met for all finished products
- Safely operate other equipment as needed
Qualifications:
Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)
Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
Fiery Command Workstation: 1 year (Preferred)
Print & Copy: 1 year (Preferred)
Prepress: 1 year (Preferred)
Previous experience in machining and fabrication
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong graphic design skills with an eye for typography and layout design
Knowledge of printing techniques and processes
Familiarity with print advertising production methods
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills
