Seeking Experienced Tradesperson/all-arounder for well-established sizable real estate investment company operating in Corvallis, Oregon, California, the Midwest and elsewhere.
We specialize in high-end rental property purchases, property refurbishments, and high level property management.
This is a a full-time contracted position, with required hours of 9AM to 5PM, Monday - Friday.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual whom we can strongly invest in and who will grow with our company, over time.
Substantial promotions are a possibility for the right person along with dramatic earnings potential far above and beyond base pay.
No gimmicks here and we’re very real.
Additional requirements:
-a working knowledge of higher end finishes or an ability to learn quickly, i.e. must be able to work cleanly and carefully around granite, quality cabinetry, delicate flooring, and have a working knowledge of top of the line tools or an ability to learn such skills fast.
-must be comfortable with framing, high-end painting, electrical, and must have a stellar aptitude for all mechanical processes -we mean “all.”
-Reliable transportation is mandatory, along with a valid driver’s license and valid insurance.
-We offer the opportunity for real profit sharing, personal and professional growth, and the ability to learn real estate flipping, sales, management, and finance, and communication skills.
-Must be able to lift heavy items upwards of 80 to 100 lbs, possess stellar communication skills, and have a reliable ability to work and complete tasks in an unsupervised position.
-Must be able to execute instructions by owner of company, run a crew upon being trained to do so, an ability to work hard in all weather conditions, and have an all-things-are possible attitude.
While we are looking for someone with experience, we will take a look at those without, on a case-by-case basis.
