Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide assistance and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and network-related issues. Our product relates to the networking of manufacturing equipment. As such, your expertise in computer networking, software troubleshooting, and IT support will be essential in resolving technical problems and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat

- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues

- Assist customers with setting up and configuring computer systems

- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems

- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues

- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system

- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:

- Proven experience in technical support or a related field

- Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP)

- Proficiency in Windows environments

- Familiarity with software troubleshooting and desktop support

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Certification or degree in IT or a related field is a plus
