DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
A parts person is responsible for managing inventory, tracking orders, and providing customer service. Their duties include:
Receiving, identifying, labeling, and stocking parts in the parts/service department
Picking, packing, and shipping parts orders to customers
Providing technical advice on parts to customers
Maintaining records of parts inventory, orders, and invoices
Processing returns and exchanges
Computer knowledge; knowledge of EverLogic a plus
Warranty claim service, tracking claims until closed
Customer communication and follow through
QUALIFICATIONS:
Positive attitude
Will consistently arrive on time
Willing to work hard outdoors and be able to lift 50 pounds of weight
Will follow all safety rules
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School education required
AVAILABLE SHIFT:
Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm
