Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for an Assistant Manager I with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for the apartment community of The Banks Apartments. Amenities at this apartment community include a clubhouse, fitness center, game room, sports court, and much more!
The Assistant Manager I will work closely with the Property Manager to tackle day-to-day tasks including leasing of apartments, answering phones, touring with prospects, marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements.
This position is a temporary role that is open during the summer.
Location: The Banks Apartments (Albany, OR)
Hourly Rate: $18-$20/hr.
Schedule: PT, Monday - Friday, Office hours are to be determined
Weekly Contracted Hours: 20 hrs.
Additional Compensation: A monthly $25.00 cell phone stipend
