Mountain View Apartments at Rivergreen is located in the heart of Corvallis, OR just a hop skip and a jump away from all kinds of shopping and dining. We are a well-grounded community, with a good neighbor mentality. We also have assigned carports, for parking, seasonal pool, conference room with a business center, and two fitness centers on site one of which is 24 hrs.

Looking for a self-motivated individual who wants to live and work at the property and assist the manager and assistant manager with daily duties in the role of Leasing Agent at 40hours a week.

Compensation: $1,400.00/month cash salary and $1,650.00 rent credit for a 2-bedroom apartment.

Required Qualifications:

-High School Diploma

-Professional appearance and demeanor at all times

-Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment

-Demonstrates a desire for continuous professional development

-Strong attention to detail

-Ability to learn quickly, multi-task and prioritize

-Must be honest, dependable and demonstrate ethical behavior and integrity

-Desire to learn about property management

-Team player

-Must be able to take constructive criticism

-Strong written and oral communication skills

-Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with large variety of people by phone, e-mail and in

person

-Have strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs

-Ability to learn and practice the Oregon Landlord/Tenant Law daily

-Must be extremely organized

-Must be flexible

-Positive attitude and ability to problem solve and resolve conflicts

Duties include but are not limited to:

-Must be able to pass mandatory drug screening and criminal background

-Provide EXCELLENT customer service

-Give community tours daily

-Maintaining curb appeal by cleaning up property grounds

-Enforcement of community rules and regulations

-Must be able to climb stairs to post notices and/or newsletters (3 stories and 80 apartments)

-Answer phone and e-mail inquiries

-General office work and cleaning

-Able to be on call for emergencies

-Must be able to work weekends and have weekdays off
