We are looking for someone to assist with our 120+ unit complex to start work immediately. We are paying this position as if he/she will be an independent contractor (higher hourly pay but only working as needed). However, you will actually be an employee for insurance purposes.
Job Duties will include: Assist resident manager with turnover of units, which will entails a fair amount of cleaning.
You may be asked to be on call some each week.
It is crucial that the applicant be able to work and motivate independently and have a good work ethic.
Also Applicant Must:
1. Provide positive references with phone numbers to legitimate businesses (relevant, long standing references will be given preference)
2. Be capable of physical labor - walking up and down steps, cleaning, etc.
3. Be capable of and comfortable cleaning.
4. Be honest, responsible/reliable and have good judgment.
5. Able to follow rules and also ensure residents' follow the rules.
6. Must communicate regularly (via email or text) with owners/resident manager about status of complex.
7. Be on call put to 2 days per week in the evening (for emergencies only).
Compensation Includes:
Starting at $30/hour starting
Approx 15 hours per week
