Local Heating and Air Conditioning company looking for part time office help/ customer service. This is a part time 10-12 hour a week position.
Primary Job Function: Dispatch the Service Technicians for their daily schedules and as service calls are received. Answering phones, calling current and previous customer concerning maintenance agreements and scheduling. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with employees and customers. Closing the office.

Organized and able to multi-task.
Attention to detail with high level of accuracy, punctuation and spelling.
Employee REQUIRED Qualities:
Experience with QuickBooks.
Proficient with MS Office Programs (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Excellent communication skills, and professionalism.
Strong customer service skills, must love people and maintain a positive attitude.
Duties Include:
Answering Phones.
Setting Appointments.
Maintaining a Clean Office
Filing/Maintaining File system.
Emailing forms and files to appropriate carriers/clients.
Working alongside staff to insure all tasks and duties are completed for the day.
Copying.
Data Entry.
Monday 8 am - 12 pm
Friday 11 am - 5 pm.
Occasional adjustment due to vacation coverage,
or additional work load. We would coordinate in advance.
A pre-employment drug test, as well as a background check will be conducted prior to formal
offer of employment.
