What You Will Be Doing:
Oversee the secure and accurate loading and unloading of deliveries from couriers and delivery trucks.
Inspect all incoming good and check accuracy and quantities against packing slips. Put these incoming good in the appropriate area.
Help in maintaining inventory of consumables and perform stock checks.
Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Prepare waybills and enter shipping tags into shipping program.
Pack and unpack items to be shipped.
Keep records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another location.
Record shortages and reject damages goods.
What You Bring To The Table:
Work independently
Experience with reading bills of lading.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs over shoulder height.
Must be aware and responsible of surrounding environment and safety orientated with this environment.
