Our customer, a seed production warehouse in Lebanon, OR, is looking for hardworking Warehouse Packaging Associates to ensure the production flow of the facility is running efficiently.
Position: Temporary/Temp to Hire Packaging Associate
Pay Rate: $18.00 an hour
Day Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm, Mon – Fri
THIS IS A PHYSICALLY DEMANDING POSITION. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50 LBS CONTINUOUSLY THROUGHOUT YOUR ENTIRE SHIFT
Responsibilities and Job Duties:
Pick outbound shipment orders, load and unload shipments, keep finished goods in their correct areas. Must keep sections, racks, and overflow organized
Complete and maintain accurate documentation and report quality defects
Keep a safe and clean workspace
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or forklift experience is a plus
Must be able to physically lift up to 50 lbs continuously throughout your entire shift. You will be on your feet all day in a warehouse environment.
Must be able to follow all quality, safety, and company policies and procedures as well as perform in a fast-paced environment, where daily quotas MUST be met
Steel Toe Boots are required
Ability to read, write, and complete documentations in English, as needed
