We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Loader/Unloader to join our team in a fast-paced 3PL (third-party logistics) warehouse environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in physical, hands-on work and takes pride in working efficiently, safely, and as part of a collaborative team. If you have a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and the flexibility to meet varying work demands, we want to hear from you.

In this position, your primary responsibility will be to load and unload various goods and materials—primarily household items and vehicles—into and out of ocean containers. This includes physically loading items by hand and securing cargo to ensure safe transportation. You will also assist in unloading goods from containers and organizing them onto pallets, preparing them for storage or shipment. Maintaining the condition of goods during handling is a top priority, and careful attention must be paid to avoid damage.

Your typical shift will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but hours may start earlier or extend later depending on daily operational needs. You must be available for 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, with the flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required. This is a direct hire position and not through a staffing agency.

Additional duties include inspecting both incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, missing items, or discrepancies. You’ll also organize goods in the warehouse using inventory systems such as SKU or item numbers. An important part of the role includes guiding truck drivers when positioning vehicles at loading docks to ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading. You will also be responsible for building pallets, moving boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, and transporting goods to assigned warehouse locations. Accurate inventory management and the ability to maintain up-to-date records are essential.

This position requires strong physical fitness, as you’ll regularly lift, bend, walk, and stand for long periods. You must also be comfortable working in varied environmental conditions, such as heat, cold, and humidity. Manual dexterity, good vision, and spatial awareness are necessary to safely handle goods and navigate warehouse spaces. You must be able to understand verbal instructions in noisy environments and communicate clearly with team members.

Qualifications for this role include at least one year of prior warehouse experience, strong hand-eye coordination, and a high level of attention to detail. You should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work well in a team environment, and a willingness to be flexible with scheduling. You must be capable of prioritizing tasks, managing time effectively, and staying productive in a fast-paced setting. Reliable transportation is required, as you may be asked to work at different warehouse sites when needed.

If you're someone who enjoys working with your hands, staying active, and contributing to a team-oriented environment, this position offers a stable and rewarding opportunity. We are committed to maintaining a safe and professional workspace and are looking for team members who share that commitment. Apply today to join a company where your hard work and reliability are truly valued.
