Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable Production Associates to join a manufacturing team in Albany. Be part of a company producing high-quality wax molds for forks, knives, and spoons in a clean, organized environment.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, hours may vary based on production needs
Key Responsibilities:
Support production by working safely and efficiently
Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
Pack finished goods accurately according to specifications
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and company safety policies
Perform quality checks and notify management of adjustments needed
Work closely with Machine Operators to meet packaging and quality goals
Communicate effectively with team members and the next shift
Complete other duties as assigned by the Team Leader
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Willingness to follow safety and quality procedures
Dependable and able to work in a team-oriented environment
