$20.00 to $21.00 per hour + $4.00/hour differential for all hours spent pressure washing

We are in a dynamic growth stage and are currently accepting applications to fill a position for our Painting crew. We are looking for a key team member to help us continue our growth trend from 2024 who enjoys painting and putting a smile on our client’s faces.
Minimum Position Requirements:
Business is located in Corvallis - reliable transportation for commute to/from office location required.
Applicants must be available to work Monday through Friday. All candidates must be able to work on feet all day, going up and down ladders as needed.
No fear of heights (within reason).
Must be drug free and eligible to work in the United States.
Must be at least 18 years old to apply. An insurable driver's license is a requirement and the ability to drive a company vehicle is preferred.
All candidates must be able to follow all safety rules associated with the job.
Required Knowledge and Skills
Experience pressure washing exterior surfaces such as houses, cement, fences, and decks is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
Proficient in setting up and operating gas pressure washing equipment.
Knowledge of surface preparation techniques including sweeping, debris removal, and stain identification.
Understanding of surface sensitivity and ability to adjust pressure settings and nozzles accordingly.
Familiarity with cleaning agents, safe chemical handling, and environmentally responsible disposal.
Able to inspect and maintain pressure washing equipment including checking fluid levels, hoses, and troubleshooting.
Comfortable working on high ladders and rooftops using proper safety equipment.
Willing to learn and use scrapers, sanders, and hand tools.
Scraping, caulking, priming, and taping/masking skills are a plus.
Willing to learn to apply a variety of materials such as latex and oil-based paints, stains, sealers, and clear coats.
Assist on interior and exterior paint jobs using both spray and brush/roll techniques.
Capable of lifting 50 pounds and setting up ladders up to 28' without assistance.
Essential Functions:

Exhibit a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all cleaned or painted surfaces meet Bullfrog’s standards.
Follow all safety procedures, including use of PPE and chemical handling protocols.
Problem-solve and adapt when faced with unexpected job site challenges (e.g., tough stains, equipment issues).
Provide courteous, professional customer service and take pride in representing Bullfrog Painting.
Manage time efficiently to meet job deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Demonstrate a desire to continuously improve skills and contribute to the company’s success.
Those who perform in this role will see an increase in pay and responsibility as it is earned.
COMPENSATION: $20.00 - $21.00 PER HOUR + Bonuses
+ $4.00/hour differential for all hours spent pressure washing
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME POSITION
