Full time position on a working grass seed/hazelnut farm. Duties will include but not be limited to equipment operation and light manual labor. We are headed into the spring with tractor driving in the hazelnuts and other field work. When the weather is bad we do maintenance and fabrication in our workshop. We will provide training for any equipment operation that you're not familiar with.
This job description is very vague because our jobs here change daily. One day you're driving tractor and the next you might be in the shop helping change oils and going on parts runs. We currently have three full time guys who have all been with us for years and we'd like to expand the team since there is plenty of work to do.
