The Front Desk Receptionist:
Responsible for performing a variety of routine tasks and special requests associated with the daily operations. The daily tasks are often time-sensitive and therefore require consistent performance without reminders, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. All tasks are to be completed as a team player within the office.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service.
Greet patients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Assisting patients in finding their way around the office.
Announcing patients as necessary.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes.
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Scheduling appointments.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Skills Requirements:
The ability to provide exceptional customer service
Communicate, be friendly and answer customer questions
Problem solving and able to make effective decisions
Must be able to type 40 wpm
Strong work ethic
Enjoy working with people
Bi-lingual a plus
Some office/reception experience
