Job Summary:

This position requires a strong dedication to brand knowledge and a personal commitment to quality customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties:
-Providing excellent customer service, ensuring that all of our customers have the best possible experience
-Be an effective brand ambassador by managing guest satisfaction and overall Taproom visitor experience
-Develop an intimate knowledge of 2 Towns beverages and pro-actively expand on craft alcohol education knowledge
(menu items, prices, styles & ingredients)
-Keeping items (snacks, coasters, growlers, glassware, etc.) stocked for operation
-Assist with facilitation of private and occasional off-site events, including set up, take down, execution
-Stock and organize merchandise displays
-Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the taproom at all times
-Proper ethical cash handling during opening and closing procedures
-Handling cash and processing transactions through a point-of-sale system
-Responsible for securing the opening, closing, and lockup of the facility and taproom
-Maintains positive and energizing relationships with co-workers and lends support to accomplish 2 Towns Ciderhouse goals
-Staffing community events sponsored by 2 Towns Ciderhouse
Qualifications:
-Must be at least 21 years of age
-Current Oregon Alcohol Servers Permit
-Current Oregon Food Handler’s Card
-Extremely flexible schedule
-Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Schedule
25-30 variable hours weekly, including nights and weekends. Shifts are subject to change and rotate based on company needs. Work schedules are posted 14 days in advance.
Compensation - $14.20 hour + tips
