What We’re Looking For:
Proven FOH leadership experience (supervisor, floor manager, AGM, etc.)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team during high-volume shifts
A calm, solutions-oriented mindset when the pressure’s on
Hands-on leader who leads from the floor—not the office
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
What You’ll Be Doing:
Overseeing daily FOH operations and service standards
Supporting and developing the host, bar, and service teams
Managing guest relations and handling in-the-moment feedback
Collaborating with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service
