WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We're on the hunt for an awesome Barista & Kitchen Team Member who's as passionate about coffee and food as we are! If you're someone who loves creating great experiences, works hard and knows how to have a good time while doing it we'd love to meet you.
TYPICAL DAY @ SIDEKICKS:
- Crafting amazing coffee, espresso and other tasty beverages
- Whipping up delicious meals with an eye for detail
- Greeting our customers with a smile and making them feel right at home
- Keeping the café clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Jumping in to help out wherever needed, because teamwork makes the dream work!
- Staying on top of the little things that make every drink and dish just right
- Bringing positive energy to our café, especially during those busy rushes
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Experience as a barista or working in a café or kitchen setting
- A friendly, upbeat attitude that makes our customers’ day
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to making things the best they can be
- Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- The ability to keep calm and cheerful, even when things get busy
