Schedule and coordinate interviews for our Management Team.
Play a crucial role in onboarding new employees and volunteers.
Support our HR Manager with various administrative tasks and projects.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Address general HR inquiries from employees.
Maintain employee records and assist with internal audits.
Keep bulletin boards updated with relevant information.
Perform additional tasks as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities

Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Experience with Canva is highly preferred.
