Child Care Help Wanted

We're looking for the perfect person to care for 3 kids ages 18mo - 4yrs. The 18mo old will be every day and the two 4yr olds will be in preschool, so are on site part-time during the school year. This is much like a nanny position because it's at a place of business with the moms always on site. It's a great set-up and a fun, supporting atmosphere. We are looking to full the week but would be willing to consider splitting the week if can fill 2 part-time shifts.
