DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
A parts/service/warranty person is responsible for managing inventory, tracking orders, and providing customer service. Their duties include:
Receiving, identifying, labeling, and stocking parts in the parts/service department
Picking, packing, and shipping parts orders to customers
Providing technical advice on parts to customers; automotive knowledge
Maintaining records of parts inventory, orders, and invoices
Processing returns and exchanges
Computer knowledge; knowledge of EverLogic a plus
Scheduling repairs
Warranty claim service, tracking claims until closed
Customer communication and follow through
Organize parts room; keep area clean and professional looking
QUALIFICATIONS:
Positive attitude
Will consistently arrive on time
Willing to work hard outdoors and be able to lift 50 pounds of weight
Will follow all safety rules
