We are looking for an in house accountant for busy Property Management business. Must have at least 3 years of accounting experience. Willing to learn our software or already have experience with AppFolio.
Work duties include:
Monthly reconciliation of accounts including triple reconciliation
Move out accounting
Enter and pay bills
Pay clients
Trouble shoot clients statements and tenant ledgers
Daily bank deposits
Clean up financial diagnostics
Enter new client contracts
Enter new properties
