Associate's or higher Degree in Accounting
5+ years of inventory and cost accounting in manufacturing environment
2+ years of recent experience working with SAP in a cost accounting role
Advanced user of Excel - Access skill highly desired
Description:
Maintain inventory valuation roll forward
Review and analyze inventory and prepare monthly reports
Prepare detailed analysis of material and labor costs, report job costs and conduct variance analyses
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales, cost of goods, and inventory reports
Report on and analyze gross margin by customer and project
Report on monthly sales, material & labor costs, and WIP
Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories
Manage Labor tracking in SAP
Review production timesheets prior to payroll processing
Prepare monthly, quarterly, annually operational KPI’s
Help develop new processes to improve cost reporting and financial efficiency
Work closely with manufacturing and finance on procedures, process controls, and improvements including procedure documentation
