Role Definition:
The Bus Detailer is responsible for ensuring our buses are meticulously maintained, presenting an impeccable image of cleanliness and care.
Key Requirements:
Capability to comfortably maneuver around and inside large buses.
Exceptional attention to detail to achieve superior cleanliness and presentation standards.
Dependable transportation to and from the workplace.
Will undergo drug and background checks as part of the employment process.
Preferred Qualifications:
While experience in a similar role is beneficial, it is not strictly necessary. We are prepared to offer training to the candidate who shows the right mix of enthusiasm and aptitude.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform in-depth cleaning and detailing tasks to maintain buses in excellent condition, both inside and out.
Accurately apply and remove decals as needed, contributing to the professional appearance of the fleet.
Benefits and Compensation:
An hourly compensation of $18 to $20, reflective of the candidate's experience and competencies.
After 60 days of employment and, 30-hours per week, full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and short-term disability insurance are provided.
