Parnell Autowerks Classic VW Auto Repair is a small, family-owned shop specializing in the restoration and maintenance of classic Volkswagens as well as servicing Vanagons. This has been a Volkswagen repair shop for over 50 years serving the Central Oregon area and beyond! We are dedicated to preserving the charm and functionality of these beloved vehicles, and we take pride in our personalized service and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to our customers. This role requires expertise in automotive diagnostics, as well as hands-on experience with various types of repairs and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on classic Volkswagen vehicles
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle needs
Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively to carry out repairs efficiently.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an automotive mechanic
Passion for vintage cars and attention to detail
Ability to effectively use hand tools and diagnostic equipment is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
