We are looking for a skilled and experienced Plumbing Foreman or Site Superintendent to lead field operations, manage plumbing crews, and ensure our jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for someone who can lead by example, communicate clearly with both field staff and project managers, and manage the daily operations of multi-phase residential or commercial plumbing projects. We need someone who is organized, solutions-focused, and has a strong presence in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all phases of plumbing projects from start to finish
Manage plumbing crews and ensure efficient use of labor and materials
Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors
Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
Ensure work meets code and company quality standards
Track progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain schedules
Order materials and coordinate deliveries as needed
Train and mentor apprentices and junior plumbers
What We’re Looking For:
Oregon Journeyman Plumbing License (required)
At least 5 years of plumbing experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of plumbing codes, blueprints, and job sequencing
Clear communicator with solid leadership and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple crews or job sites if needed
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
