Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Lead Installer for our Bend location. This individual is responsible for supervising and organizing the setup of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. They oversee the introduction of new HVAC systems and ensure that all tasks adhere to company standards and safety protocols. Additionally, they play a key role in training apprentices and supporting the installation crew.

Work Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday, some overtime including evenings and weekends as needed
Pay Scale: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience
Required Qualifications:
3 years of residential and light commercial installation experience
High School diploma or GED
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Universal or Type 2 EPA certification
Experience training apprentices & supporting install teams
Possess own hand tools
Must be able to lift up to 51 pounds unassisted
Able to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing
Preferred Qualifications:
NATE certification
