Plumb Zebra is well-established, top-rated Plumbing brand in Spokane, WA. If you've ever visited Spokane, you've probably seen our striped vans driving around town. We are looking for a Journeyman Plumber to help us open a new location in Bend. As you will be representing our company and creating a 'first impression', we would like someone with a strong work ethic, a friendly demeanor who can run a plumbing service van independently.
About the Opportunity:
This is a franchise opportunity. You will keep substantially more of each sale than a commission job position, but there are also some risks. We have a well-established call center / dispatch that will take care of scheduling your calls and appointments with an easy-to-use software interface, invoicing system, and services price list. We also have a marketing plan ready to go for the Bend market, including online and direct marketing. Plumb Zebra has a great reputation in Spokane and with your help, we aim to achieve the same in Bend.
Benefits:
You can run your business from your home, as long as there are no restrictions on parking a van in your neighborhood or HOA. You can bring your own van, or we can provide a wrapped vehicle that is ready for you to use. You will need your own tools. Training takes about a week, and we would love for you to come and spend a week in Spokane, ride along with one of our Plumbers, and learn how we operate. Our model focuses on happy customers, low overhead expenses, minimal administration hassle, and excellent earning potential.
