Temp-Rite Mechanical is a growing HVAC/Refrigeration company in Central Oregon. We are looking for a highly skilled HVAC Commercial Foreman with experience in both residential and light commercial equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Represent the company in a professional manner. Perform ductwork and equipment installation. Communicate with project manager to ensure materials and manpower are sufficient to meet project schedules. Communicate with job superintendent and attend jobsite meetings. Teach and lead apprentices in an efficient manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lead and coordinate teams
Ability to work with General Contractors
Duct layout and measure up
Comprehension of submittals
Good attitude and work ethic
High School diploma or GED
3 years plus of experience with HVAC and Refrigeration equipment
Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record (DMV printout is required for insurance)
Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Refrigerant certificate (have or willing to obtain)

Candidate needs to be able to work individually and as a team member with customers, co-workers, and factory personnel.
