LABORERS: Must be willing and able to set and strip forms, haul dirt and materials as needed, use a hammer, assist with pump and pour, edging work, finish work help and extra help as needed.
FINISH CREW: Must be experienced with finish work - placing, finishing, protecting and repairing concrete. Setting forms, ensuring correct depth and pitch, place, spread, level and finish concrete.
LEAD: Must have 5 plus yrs experience with concrete and managing people - must be able to supervise team, lay them out, read blueprints and plans, ability to help with setting forms, finishing, protecting and repairing concrete. PUMP OPERATOR: Must have clean driving record. Have knowledge of concrete pump operations. Pays attention to detail. Keeps equipment clean and service.
