Automotive Detailer Wanted for On-Site Paint and Body Repair Team

Join our tight-knit four-man team operating two mobile service trucks, delivering top-notch automotive paint and body repairs on-site for commercial car dealerships and private customers throughout Central Oregon. We're seeking a detail-oriented individual who shares our values to assist our paint technicians by taking on the smaller scale repairs (wet sanding, buffing, polishing, stone chip repair, etc.) freeing up the paint techs to focus on the bigger repairs. While prior detailing experience is required, we provide on-the-job training to further develop your skills in automotive paint repair, and even start training you to perform small to mid-level automotive body and paint work.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with paint technicians (crew leads) to perform various auto paint repairs ranging from scratch repair to minor body repairs.
- Be prepared to work outdoors as we are primarily a mobile business servicing several of the commercial dealerships around Central Oregon.
- Prepare vehicles for paint application by cleaning, sanding, and masking with precision and attention to detail.
- Perform comprehensive vehicle detailing, including interior and exterior cleaning and polishing, contributing to the overall quality of our service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and service truck, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive detailing, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and fostering camaraderie among team members.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in automotive paint applications, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, embodying our commitment to safety and professionalism.
