Flash Dog Training is seeking a Full Time Assistant Trainer/Kennel Tech for our Redmond, Oregon location.

We are a dog training facility that works with all types of breeds and behavioral issues. Some dogs are happy-go-lucky puppies, while others in our care have a bite history or are struggling with extreme fear, anxiety and reactivity. This is NOT a doggie daycare environment. We are often the last chance for dogs in our program before being rehomed or euthanized.

We are balanced trainers, that means we use positive reinforcement and appropriately timed corrections.

If you want to hug and kiss dogs all day, this job is not for you.

If you want to be a part of positively changing the lives of dogs so they can gain confidence and be successful in their homes and our community, please keep reading!

Duties include: cleaning kennels, poop scooping, monitoring play groups, walking dogs, training dogs, cleaning grounds, taking out trash, laundry, bathing dogs, feeding dogs, brushing dogs, doing dishes, assisting trainers with daily training exercises, etc.
