Desirable person is required to have basic set of hand tools at least up to 1" and well versed in their purpose, valid drivers license, reliable transportation, can work in a variety of positions, be able to lift 50+ lbs, have mechanical background or experience. Job has a probationary period till full time benefits take effect.
