Position Summary
As a Service Deli Production Clerk, you’ll be responsible for preparing and packaging ready-to-eat deli items for our stores, while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. This is a behind-the-scenes role that plays a key part in ensuring our customers enjoy fresh, high-quality products every day.
Weekend availability is required.
This is a Full-time, non-supervisory position.
Pay Scale
We believe in paying employees fairly for doing work of comparable character in line with the Oregon Equal Pay Act, and we’ve implemented an internal pay-scale system based on hours worked.
This position is part of our internal pay scale, which means for every 1040 hours you work, you’ll move to the next level in pay until you reach the maximum of the scale – we call that “Journeyman.” Pretty cool, huh?

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A valid Food Handler’s Permit
One (1) year of food service experience
Strong time management and organizational skills
The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
A high standard of food safety and sanitation practices
Dependability, initiative, and a positive attitude
Professional communication and customer service skills
Comfort using computers and production software
