All-Star Labor and Staffing is hiring for a local shop that specializes in all Packing, Shipping, And Business Services. Their Services Include Packing, Shipping, Printing, Copying, And More.
Position Summary:
They Are Seeking A Motivated And Detail Oriented Customer Service Associate To Join Their Team. The Ideal Candidate Will Have A Passion For Helping Others, A Keen Eye For Detail, And The Ability To Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet And Assist Customers With Their Packing, Shipping, And Service Needs.
-Provide Expert Advice On Packing And Shipping Options.
-Process Shipments Using Our Various Shipping Partners.
-Operate (Pos) System And Handle Cash Transactions Accurately.
-Assist With Printing, Copying, And Other Business Service Requests.
-Maintain A Clean And Organized Workspace.
-Resolve Customer Inquires And Complaints In A Professional And Courteous Manner.
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma Or Equivalent.
-Previous Experience In Retail, Customer Service, Or A Related Field Preferred.
-Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
-Ability To Lift And Move Packages Up To 40 Lbs.
-Proficiency In Using Computers And Point-Of-Sale Systems.
-Excellent Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail.
-Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Weekends And Holidays.
-A Positive Attitude And A Strong Work Ethic.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
