We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Owner and Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and assist with budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, such as scheduling projects, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. Additional duties will include permit applications and scheduling inspections with various jurisdictions. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, be able to work independently and must have strong work ethic. You'll collaborate with clients and internal team members, order materials, customer selections and insure they've arrived and are accounted for.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate project management activities, scheduling, resources, and information gathering

Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes (scheduling)

Assign schedules to Subcontractors and Suppliers

Help prepare budgets

Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise

Work with the Project Manager to eliminate potential problems

Contact all Subcontractors prior to scheduling to get their needed allowable timeframe to complete their tasks

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Research new materials and customer selections as needed

Skills:

Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role

An ability to prepare and interpret schedules and step-by-step action plans

Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management

Strong client-facing and teamwork skills

Familiarity with quality assurance control

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook

Flexible hours - This is a part-time position that may develop into a full-time position.
