Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and work well in a team environment.
Duties:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
-Show Customers Flooring Samples
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
-Ability to drive forklift and recieve deliveries would be plus
