Job Description: Administrative Assistant
Location: Bend, Oregon
Position Details: Full Time 40 hr a week or Part-time 25-30 hours a week, Monday-Friday
Wage: wage may very depending on experience
Job Responsibilities:
Answer, screen and transfer all phone calls
Greet visitors and clients
General clerical duties including mailing
Assist with handling requests for information and data
Prepare, modify and update excel spreadsheets
Must Represent with:

Experience & Education Needed:
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems including but not limited to filing and record keeping
Ability to Multitask
Ability to be a self-starter
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook
Personal time management
High school or equivalent
Required:
1 year of a strong administrative assistant background
1 year of strong Excel spreadsheet experience
1 year of customer service.
