The Admin / Accounting Clerk role is to provide good customer service with its constituents.

- Maintain physical presence in front of the office

- Assist management with day-to-day activities

- Conduct tenant and owner relations by answering phone calls and walk ins

- Assist with resolution of issue raise by the tenants

- Collect rent and other payments

- Bank deposits as needed

- Enter utility invoices

- Process credit card payment for potential tenants

- Post notice of rate increase to tenant accounts

- Process daily mail

- Oversees supplies inventory

- Physically maintain the real estate of an owner

- Record/track vendor and tenant insurance certificates

- Process and file with appropriate agency

- Daily office tasks

- Bill and reconcile charges that agree to terms of the underlying lease / management agreements, including rent, CAM, utilities, mortgages, PPT taxes

- Bank deposits

- Process accounts payable

- Special projects as assigned
