We specialize in Aviation Ground Support Equipment and supply mission-critical components for Lockheed Martin and Northrup Grumman's F-35 Program. We also have active contracts with the U.S. Airforce to provide support equipment for several different airframes.
Job Description:
As a Welder at Cv International, you will play a crucial role in ensuring aerospace components' safety, reliability, and performance. Join us in our state-of-the-art facility, equipped with the latest technology and tools, and collaborate with a team of highly skilled professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform precise welding on aerospace components using TIG and MIG techniques.
Interpret and work accurately from blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
Conduct thorough inspections to ensure the quality and precision of welded parts.
Collaborate closely with engineers and teammates to tackle complex welding challenges.
Maintain a safe, organized work environment, adhering to industry best practices.
Utilize specialized welding equipment and techniques to join metal components together.
Operate welding equipment to produce high-quality welds that meet customer specifications.
Assess and select appropriate machinery for specific projects to ensure optimal results.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in welding.
Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding techniques.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications with precision.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
AWS welding certifications D1.1 and D1.2 are a plus.
