Press Pros @ The Printing Post located in beautiful Redmond Oregon, is growing, and expanding and has an excellent opportunity for a qualified individual to join our team of professionals in a full time Customer Service / Sales Assistant position.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Fielding phone calls, emails and questions from clients
Assisting Walk-in customers with copies, printing services at the front counter
Process Orders and communicating estimates to clients
Assist with sales calls and prospective new client follow up
Assist with mailing and other projects as assigned
Communicating workflow with clients and production manager
Assist with deliveries as needed
